High-Precision Bag Making & Dosing
Servo motor bag pulling (Inovance) enables high-precision tracking and accurate bag length control, supporting either color mark tracking or fixed-length mode switchable on the touch screen. Pneumatic filling (Inovance) ensures accurate, synchronized dosing with strong corrosion resistance, while synchronized metering-to-main-unit coordination maintains stable feeding at varying speeds.
Enhanced Sealing Quality
The reinforced heat sealing mechanism adopts servo control for low noise operation, clear sealing texture, and strong sealing performance. Three-side heat sealing is optimized for composite aluminum film, supporting consistent transverse and longitudinal sealing patterns and adjustable sealing width for process flexibility.
Convenient Adjustment & Changeover
An independent rotating cutter makes bag length changes and cutter position adjustments straightforward. The handwheel lead-screw adjustment with dial on the metering system allows fast, repeatable settings for small-dose production.
Hygienic, Corrosion-Resistant Construction
Exterior parts are made of 304 stainless steel with anti-corrosion spraying, meeting pharmaceutical GMP expectations. Material contact surfaces use food-grade plastic and 316 stainless steel. The electrical box features a compressed-air ventilation structure to improve internal cleanliness and stability. Key electrical components are from Schneider or OMRON for improved reliability.
